Weaving XR technology into Guangxi's cultural landscape.

A collaboration with the Guangxi Urban-rural Planning Design Institute, this project deeply integrates XR technology with Guangxi's cultural tourism scenarios to build a sustainable "rural digital ecological circulation system". Building on the physical rural landscape, it layers soft, virtual-reality-centred technologies to develop digital tourism without disturbing the original natural environment or rural character — reshaping village economies through a recyclable, sustainable model that unites technology-driven empowerment with rural revitalisation.

Turning plastic collection into a rewarding, immersive game.

This gamification system addresses community plastic recycling through an immersive, technology-based game that connects the virtual and real worlds. It pairs a modular physical device — a pen holder made from locally sourced recycled plastics — with a Mixed Reality game system. Users collect plastic waste and earn modular parts as rewards, while virtual and tangible incentives, an interactive gaming environment and a metaverse-style community strongly motivate participation in the recycling process.
