The gamification system offers an innovative solution to the community's plastic recycling issues by introducing an interactive user experience. This study develops an immersive technology-based game system that provides users with an interface connecting the virtual and real worlds. The system consists of two parts: a game device with a modular structure and a Mixed Reality (MR) game system. The modular structure can function independently as a pen holder made from locally sourced recycled plastics. Users interact with the MR game system and the physical device by collecting plastic waste, earning parts of the modular structure as rewards. The system significantly motivates user participation in the recycling process through virtual and tangible rewards, an interactive gaming environment, and a community modeled after the metaverse.

游戏化系统通过引入互动性用户体验,为社区的塑料回收问题提供了创新解决方案。本研究开发了一种基于沉浸式技术的游戏系统,为用户提供连接虚拟与现实领域的界面。系统分为两个部分:一个利用模块化结构的游戏设备和一个混合现实(MR)游戏系统。模块化结构可以单独用作笔筒,由本地来源的二次回收塑料制成。用户通过收集塑料废料与MR游戏系统及物理设备互动,并获得模块化结构的一部分作为奖励。该系统通过虚拟和实物奖励、互动的游戏环境以及以元宇宙为模型的社区,极大地激励了用户参与回收过程。
